I love the world of business. I believed from a young age that owning a business is the ultimate mechanism for change. Maybe the change is in your life or in the lives of others; a business can leave a legacy that continues long after we leave this beautiful earth.
Where it all began
As a solo parent, I needed flexibility to control how I spent my time and when I worked.
In my true Maverick style, I also wanted to make the world a better place. This led me to launch a sustainability consultancy and tap into local funding.
A small $10,000 grant quickly grew to $2.4 million, ultimately becoming $4.2 million in secured funding.
Honestly, I was shocked at how easy it was to tap into millions of available support.
I then found myself at a crossroads. The sustainability funding I had sourced had disappeared, so where would I focus my efforts?
Then it occurred to me - if I could secure $millions in external funding, other women could achieve the same!

F4G Social Enterprise Partner
Humans of Purpose (HoP) Academy helps women with lived experience of domestic and family violence who face barriers to safe, flexible, and secure career opportunities.
This can lead to isolation and make them and their children vulnerable to returning to violence or living in poverty.
The Academy offers a haven for these women to rebuild their self-confidence, increase their skills for the home, work and community, and become work-ready for the digital economy where they have increased earning potential.
The F4G Funding Circle is committed to actively supporting the work done at HoP.
F4G is a financial contributor to the Australian capital pool
Coralus started as an experiment in more equitable funding for women and non-binary folk.
As activators, we have grown a pool of social capital globally.
As we move forward as a collective of women and non-binary folk supporting those like us, we are crafting a new financial ecosystem for ventures and their founders.
There is now over $16.5 million in circulation, which continues to grow.

About Me
I'm a shorty
People who meet me in person can't believe how tiny I am. Standing at 5'2, most founders I meet smile and say, 'Oh, you look taller online!' I'm obvs too close to the camera. lol.
I love to explore
I've visited every state and territory of Australia and lived in 4 of the 8. Uluru is by far the most spiritual place I've been. My next trip is to the United States and then Europe.
A pastry connoisseur
Driving 1hr to buy my favourite pastries is a standard Saturday morning. I might be known to have a stockpiled stash in my freezer. Sometimes I share.
Why
Funding4Growth
As business owners, women are not getting funded at the same rate or with the same amounts as businesses owned and led by men.
As a result, women-owned businesses are not growing at the same rates; they are struggling to financially support areas of the business that need investment, such as building internal teams, implementing technology, or securing key strategic advice.
Women are, therefore, limited in the amount of income they can generate, which limits their salary potential and has a ripple effect on their personal lives. They often try to grow their business as a side hustle to earn an income. This limits their ability to devote the time needed to develop and grow their business.
That is why I started Funding4Growth.
To help women secure the funding they need to accelerate growth and transition their business from side hustle to financially sustainable. To empower women as leaders and business owners. To improve connection and collaboration. To build a legacy and increase impact.
To forge a path that is authentic and unique, unlike anyone else.
