It's a Working Session
The Readiness Interview is more than a call. It is a targeted working session.
What the call will cover:
In 30 minutes we will work through:
- Where your business currently sits from a funding perspective
- Which pathways are likely to be the most relevant to your growth goals right now
- What may need strengthening before you approach a funder
- Whether Strategic Funding Advisory is the right next step, and if so, which programme fits
What happens after the call:
There is no obligation to proceed on the day. You will leave the conversation with a clearer picture of your funding position and a sense of the most practical next steps, regardless of what you decide.
Why I created this service...
For too long, the funding system has not worked for women. The data confirms it. Women-led businesses receive approximately 2% of available capital, despite representing nearly 40% of new business registrations. That is not a reflection of capability or ambition. It is a reflection of a system that was not built with women in mind.
I have spent more than two decades working inside that system — as a founder, as an assessor, and as an advocate. What I have seen consistently is that the gap between a strong business and a funded one is rarely about the quality of the idea. It is more about embracing success signals, defining which pathway to pursue, and what the business needs to demonstrate before a funder can say yes.
I created Strategic Funding Advisory because the founders who need this most — women building serious, revenue-generating and impactful businesses — deserve more than generic advice. They deserve a strategic partner who understands how funding decisions are actually made, and who will work alongside them to ensure the strength of their business is visible to every funder they approach.
And... I firmly believe the stakes are bigger than the funding itself. When women build successful businesses, they build generational wealth. They build legacy. They change what is possible for the people around them and the communities they serve.
This conversation, will strengthen your legacy.
